Content Complaints

1. What you can report
Anyone — with or without an account — can report content stored or exported through this service that they believe is unlawful, infringes their copyright or other rights, or violates the Terms of Service. Abuse of the service itself (spam registration, attacks, malware distribution) is reported through the same channel.
2. How to report
Send a report to noreply@orccut.com including:
- the URL or other identifier of the content concerned;
- what the problem is (which law or right you believe is violated, or which term is broken);
- if you claim rights in the content: what those rights are and a way to verify you hold them;
- a way to reach you for follow-up.
3. What happens then
Reports are acknowledged within 7 days of receipt. The operator reviews the report, and where it is justified removes or disables access to the content and informs the account that stored it, naming the reason. Where the report is not justified, the reporter is told why. Accounts that repeatedly store infringing or unlawful content are terminated.
4. Disputing a removal
If your content was removed after a complaint and you believe the removal was wrong, reply through the same contact within 14 days with your reasons. The operator reviews the counter-notice and either restores the content or explains why not.
